MIPIM is an annual conference for the world's property and real estate professionals.
As with Cannes's other Congres and Festivals delegates benefit from increasing the visibility of their companies, networking and attending leading-edge seminars and speeches.
In 2008 close on to 29,318 participants and 2,687 companies in attendance. What with the global credit crunch, numbers might be a little down in 2009. For those choosing to re-attend or come for the first time, this conference could provide some useful pointers as to how the real estate market will progress over the coming years.
MIPIM 2009 Awards:
15 shortlisted projects will be showcased during MIPIM 2009 and the winners will be selected by a peer vote. The panel will also award its Special Jury Prize to a project of particular merit.
Winning projects will be presented at the lavish MIPIM Awards ceremony on March 12, 2009 in the Grand Auditorium of the Palais des Festivals, Cannes.
