Bar/Restaurant directly over the road from the Palais des Festivals. Very busy at lunchtimes with conference goers and Cannes’s business set. Food is available all day and into the night and at busy times having a meal might be the only way to land a table. Later on the music is cranked a notch higher and the temptation to have another smartly served cocktail intensifies.
