This Cannes apartment, arranged on two levels (on the 3rd and 4th storey of the property). The first features a large Living room/Sejour with dining table and four chairs, double sofabed and an American kitchen to one side. Adjacent to the sejour is a downstairs shower room with W.C. and basin.

A wooden staircase leads up to the second floor with a landing leading to the large double bedroom and upstairs bathroom (with W.C. and basin). Furnishing throughout is new and of a high standard

The flat's location on Rue Felix Faure is ideal for business and leisure guests. The Palais des Festivals is 2-3 minutes walk away, as is the beginning of the famous La Croissette beach. Families often prefer the larger Plage Du Midi, a long public beach within 5-10 minutes walk from the property.
